In fact the courses you'll study here will be fun, informative and rewarding. Learn about classic cooking techniques, present food trends and begin your future as a kitchen wizard!
The classes are designed to inspire the beginner, as well as the seasoned cook. Join us for an evening of fabulous food, great instruction and fun, fun,fun. Best of all you get to eat your homework!
There is space available for 10 guests, @ $40.00 per person. (payable on the evening of the class). Charge includes the cooking class demonstration, tasting portion of each menu item, recipes and lively, instructional conversation. All classes are 7:00-9:00 pm, and dates and menus are subject to change.
