culinary experience in the Chambers Walk Café kitchen.
Our Team Buildings remove your group from the average routine and into the culinary world. Collaboration, creativity, and a dash of friendly competition come into play. The challenge is to work together to prepare a four-course meal
from start to finish ... as a team.


THE CONCEPT
Under the guidance of our professional chefs the teams will plan, prepare, and present their course.
THE PLANNING
The seasonal Café dinner menu will host an array of options for your group. Create a personalized menu for you by selecting one item from each category: salad, appetizer, entrée, and dessert.
*We are happy to discuss any dietary restrictions and accommodations.
THE EXPERIENCE
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with soft beverages (BYOB), a brief introduction to CWC and a safety overview. Before heading into the kitchen, participants will be provided an apron and towel to utilize during their tasks.
THE DETAILS
Participants are given approximately two hours to complete their assigned course, followed by a
sit down dinner in our dining room where each team serves their creation to their peers. Partial meal prep can be completed by our chefs in advance to accommodate shorter session needs.
*Appetizers available from our catering menus at an additional cost.
THE DRINKS
Working Dog Wine is available for purchase or you may provide your own beverages to be provided to staff prior to the event.
THE PRICING
We offer two options to suit your group’s schedule and appetite:
- Dinner Experience: Full portions – $70 per person
- Lunch Experience: Reduced portions – $50 per person
Chef Fee: $175 per chef
20% gratuity based on food & beverage total
Applicable NJ sales tax
